We installed the XM system yesterday (yes together - can you believe it and.......we are still talking) I just had to write you a note to thank you for the AWESOME instructional DVD. It took us a couple of hours as we went through everything slowly and meticulously - best of all It Works! We previously owned a Mitsubishi Endeavor and had the XM Commander installed at Audio Express. After two weeks of total tune bliss we decided to buy the Highlander Hybrid and had the Commander un-installed before trading. We opted for the Nav system and knew we wanted XM displayed on the screen - so our dilemma began -then we found you. You are a lifesaver and we will definitely tell everyone about you and your Website.

I received the kit on Friday, and installed it successfully on Saturday within 3.5 hours. Although I've never done anything more extensive than replacing burnt-out taillight bulbs, I was able to install this kit without any problems; all thanks to the instructional DVD.
This is my first satellite radio, and I love it. In fact, I ordered a portable one for my husband.
